* History and physical of mother and baby
* Assessment of breastfeeding
* Naked weight of baby
* Pre and post test weights during a feeding to determine how much milk baby transfers
* Individualized written and verbal plan of care
* Follow up by phone or email
* A report to your physician

If necessary, prescription medications may be provided.
